Age Verification: Mandatory age checks during registration; minors are denied access to the Services.
Content Moderation: All user-generated content undergoes dual human and algorithmic review to detect and remove material involving child abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate behavior.
Conduct Prohibitions: Sexualized language, harassment, or any harmful interactions with minors are strictly forbidden. Violations are reported to law enforcement and child protection agencies immediately.
Reporting System: User-friendly in-app tools allow quick reporting of suspicious content/behavior, with a dedicated team responding within 24 hours.
Transparency: Annual public reports detail our child safety enforcement efforts and policy improvements.
We collect information to provide and improve the Services:
Personal Information: Collected during registration (name, email, phone number, date of birth, payment details) and profile setup.
User-Generated Content: Photos, videos, text, and other materials you upload.
Usage Data: Device information, IP addresses, usage logs, and interaction patterns.
Third-Party Data: Information from social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Google) when you log in via these platforms, subject to your privacy settings.

Initiating Deactivation:
Via App: Go to "Settings" > "Account" > "Deactivate Account" and follow the steps.
Via Email: Send a request to support@glowupup.com with the subject "Request to Deactivate My GlowUp Account."
Post-Deactivation: Your profile will be hidden from other users immediately. If you do not reactivate within 60 days, your account will be permanently terminated.
Data Retention: After termination, your User Content and account data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 1 year for legal compliance or operational needs, but will not be accessible to other users.
We will notify you of significant privacy policy changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
